Plumbing Service Technician

Are you a skilled plumber who's just as comfortable closing a sale as you are cracking a wrench? Thousand Oaks Plumbing is looking for a Plumbing Service Technician who delivers top-notch residential and light commercial service — someone who diagnoses issues accurately, presents solutions clearly, and leaves every customer better off than they found them.

You'll use ServiceTitan to manage jobs, estimates, invoicing, and payment collection, and you'll take pride in professional workmanship, safety, and getting the job done right.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues in residential and light commercial settings
• Perform repairs, replacements, and installations to code and company standards
• Conduct thorough system evaluations and present repair/replacement options to customers
• Sell recommended services, repairs, and upgrades using approved pricing and sales processes
• Deliver clear, professional communication and excellent customer service
• Document jobs, estimates, photos, and notes accurately in ServiceTitan
• Collect payments and process transactions accurately
• Keep your service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and applicable plumbing codes

Requirements

 What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Service Technician
• Strong working knowledge of residential plumbing systems and fixtures
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan
• Demonstrated sales ability — presenting options and closing recommended work
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record per company policy
