Superintendent – Lead Field Operations at Dome Construction

As the on-site leader, you’ll oversee all field operations, manage trade partners, and ensure seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders. You’ll play a critical role in mentoring team members, fostering collaboration, and driving excellence in every phase of construction.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Manage daily field operations and hold teams accountable for performance.
  • Mentor and coach project team members to support their growth and success.
  • Coordinate with trade partners, clients, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of field leadership experience in construction, managing projects from $5M to $25M.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and scheduling.
  • Expertise in California Building Codes, OSHPD/HCAI (for healthcare projects), and local permitting.
  • Proven ability to lead large crews and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification and commitment to safety excellence.
