Duties and Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and pursue new commercial HVAC opportunities, including individual replacements and plan-and-spec projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, facility managers, and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Drive commercial work into the company by positioning our products and services effectively.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop strategic sales approaches.
• Maintain a strong presence in the local commercial HVAC community through networking, trade
shows, and industry events.
• Track and report sales metrics, opportunities, and pipeline progress within the territory.
• Act as the primary contact for contractors and mechanical firms, providing limited technical support and sales expertise.
• Establish long-term partnerships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with the internal sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide feedback on product performance, pricing strategies, and market demands.
• Support company initiatives and sales programs aimed at increasing commercial market share.
In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 3-5 years in HVAC sales, business development, or a related mechanical engineering role.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, applications, and project sales cycles.
• Proven ability to develop business relationships across all company sizes, from small contractors to large mechanical firms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
