Job Description Summary

As a Human Resources College Co-op, the student supports plant HR operations by assisting with recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, associate inquiries, and administrative HR projects. Job Description:

Assist with life-cycle recruiting. Candidate pre-employment activities along with follow-up and tracking.
Assist with payroll related duties.
Assist associates at HR kiosk and resolve concerns as needed.
Assist with new hire orientations, presentations, new hire paperwork, benefits and HR functions as required.
Support HR with Administration, activities, and projects as required.
Contribute to the success of the HR department.
All other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Education

Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field with a graduation date of May 2027 or later.
Must be enrolled in an accredited University full-time.
Available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week year-round.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Must be able to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
