Saalex Corporation is seeking multiple Project Manager II in Tidewater, VA and San Diego, CA. Position Type: Contingent on Contract Award.

Salary: $85k-$145k (depending on experience)

The Project Manager II manages project execution, ensuring delivery of IT, cybersecurity, and engineering efforts aligned with cost, schedule, and technical requirements.

Essential Functions:

Support project planning and execution aligned with cost and schedule objectives.
Track project performance, risks, and issues.
Assist with reporting, PMRs, and documentation.
Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with program processes and requirements.
Other duties as assigned or required.

Required:

5–7 years of experience in program/project management or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience managing or supporting complex IT or engineering programs/projects.
Knowledge of project management principles (cost, schedule, risk).
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, DAWIA PM).

Desired:

Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs.
Familiarity with EVM and program reporting.
Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Excel, Power BI).

Additional Qualifications:

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments.

Security Clearance:

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
