Arnold Machine Inc., Tiffin, OH is a full-service designer and manufacturer of high quality, innovative automated equipment. Arnold Machine, Inc. is a team of experienced engineers and machine tradesmen that can design and build virtually any type of customized automated equipment. We are currently seeking a meticulous, self-motivated individual to join our team to assist in upkeep of our facility and deliveries to and from vendors and customers. 


Responsibilities:

  • Coordination with Departments to meet pickup and delivery dates.
  • Execute delivery routes.
  • Load and Unload trucks for delivery and pickups.
  • Ensure delivered and received products meet quality standards.
  • Secure and submit accurate shipping documents to appropriate personnel for pickups and deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with all Arnold Machine departments, vendors, and customers.
  • Purchase supplies as requested.
  • Perform general building maintenance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct independent quality inspection of own work. 

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of building maintenance.
  • Experience operating various types of building equipment and hand tools.
  • Ability to operate a forklift, training will be provided.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly. Sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching is required.
  • Must be able to work in various environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings with varying temperatures. 
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to interact professionally among all departments. 
  • Positive attitude with the ability to adapt to change.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
