The role, at a glance:Â
As an Inventory Control Specialist I, you will support inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts, minor adjustments, and collaboration with other departments. This entry-level role is essential to maintaining the integrity of our inventory systems. This position is performed on-site during Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts.Â

How you’ll contribute:Â
Perform daily cycle counts and report discrepanciesÂ
Make minor inventory adjustments as neededÂ
Collaborate with Manufacturing to resolve inventory accuracy issuesÂ
Maintain alignment between the ERP system and other software systems such as Cogiscan and KardexÂ
Participate in annual inventory audits and continuous improvement effortsÂ
Assist in the disposal of obsolete or excess inventoryÂ
Perform other duties as assigned by the SupervisorÂ
Â
A successful candidate should have:Â
High school diploma or equivalentÂ
Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control, material handling, or warehousingÂ
Strong math skills, including basic algebraÂ
Basic understanding of inventory management, cycle counting, and part numberingÂ
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)Â
Effective communication and organizational skills in EnglishÂ
Ability to work collaboratively and handle challenging situationsÂ
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environmentÂ
Strong attention to detail and accuracyÂ
Reliable attendance and punctualityÂ
