The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Post Frame Construction Laborer to join our crew based in the Tigerton, WI, area. If you take pride in working with your hands, enjoy being outdoors, and want to see a finished building you helped create, this is the job for you. No prior post-frame experience required — we’ll train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the construction of post-frame buildings, including setting posts, framing, sheeting walls and roofs, and installing trim, doors, and windows
  • Follow all safety protocols at all times — wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), use fall-protection systems, and help keep every job site hazard-free
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment under the direction of the crew leader
  • Load, unload, and organize materials at the job site
  • Climb ladders and work at heights using proper fall-protection equipment
  • Participate in daily safety briefings and report any hazards or near-misses immediately
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site
  • Work as part of a team to meet project timelines and quality standards

Travel Requirements

  • This position requires regional travel with overnight stays. Crews travel together to job sites throughout the area and may be away from home for [multiple days/nights at a time / typically Monday–Friday], depending on project location and schedule.
  • Travel is provided in the company truck — you’ll ride to and from job sites with your crew, so there’s no need to use your own vehicle for work travel.
  • Lodging and travel expenses are provided, as well as a meal per diem while on the road

What We’re Looking For

  • A reliable, motivated team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to working safely
  • Ability to perform physical labor: lifting up to [50] lbs, standing, bending, climbing, and working at heights
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Willing and able to travel and stay overnight for multi-day projects, riding with the crew in the company truck
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a post-offer screening (physical, audiogram, and non-THC drug screen)
  • Construction experience is a plus but not required — we provide on-the-job training, including comprehensive safety training
