Job DetailsJob Location: PJ Texas Mfg Facility - Sumner, TX 75486Position Type: Full TimeAs a Quality Inspector 1, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our trailers. You will be responsible for monitoring production processes, identifying potential quality issues, and implementing corrective actions. Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on trailers throughout the manufacturing process, including raw materials and final products. Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify potential issues. Data Tracking: Track and record quality assurance data, including key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaboration: Work closely with the manufacturing team to address quality issues and implement improvements. Documentation: Utilize checklists, standard work, and quality standards to document inspection findings and corrective actions. Problem-Solving: Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Qualifications Attention to Detail: Ability to identify defects and inconsistencies. Technical Skills: Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
