Typical advancement paths include: Machine Operator Millwright Electrician Saw Filer What You'll Do Keep production moving by pulling lumber from lines Stack, package, and prepare finished product for shipment Apply barcodes and perform detail-oriented tasks Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Maintain a clean and safe work environment This is hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced industrial setting where your effort directly drives production and keeps the mill running.
