The Bartender will have experience and a knowledge of creative mixology. The bartender will serve drinks, take orders, and keep the bar and surrounding areas clean. They also ensure customers are of legal drinking age.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks by mixing and garnishing drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Greeting guests, take orders, and present menus
• Process payments: Accept cash and credit card payments
• Maintain the bar: Keep the bar clean and organized, and stock bar supplies
• Ensure compliance with New Hampshire alcohol service regulations.
• Ensure guest safety by refusing service to intoxicated or disruptive customers
• Assist with inventory: Help with inventory control and ordering supplies
• Perform shift duties: Open and close the bar, and perform other shift duties as directed

Education and Skills:

• Experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and have a warm friendly smile.
• Proficient in handling cash transactions.
• Must have the ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
