The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Production Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Supervises daily shift production assigning trained people to work centers based on the master production schedule.
- Support production problem resolution through escalations to facilities, process engineering, and quality teams.
- Reviews and validate production data inputs
- Applies corporate policies and procedures.
Your Skills and ExpertiseÂ
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Three (3) years of Process Manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Associates degree in Business, Science or Engineering from an accredited institution
- 1 years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Skills include MS Office competency
Work location:
On-site Tilton, NH
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international
Relocation: May be authorized
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Competitive Salary: The starting pay rate for this position is $40.00/hour.
