About the Role

Voltage is seeking motivated Production Associates to support wire harness manufacturing operations. In this role, you will produce high-quality assemblies by following standard work instructions and engineering specifications while maintaining a strong focus on safety, precision, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Produce wire harnesses according to standard work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality standards.

  • Operate production equipment including cutting machines, crimp presses, assembly fixtures, and test stations.

  • Perform self-inspection and first-article verification on completed work.

  • Identify and escalate quality issues, non-conforming materials, or equipment problems.

  • Complete production tracking and SAP confirmations with training.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in alignment with 5S practices.

  • Participate in daily start-up meetings and continuous improvement activities.

  • Cross-train in adjacent operations to support flexibility and team performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand motions.

  • Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail.

  • Ability to distinguish colors accurately (for wire coding).

  • Basic math and reading skills for interpreting work instructions and labels.

  • Willingness to learn and follow standardized processes.

  • Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.

  • Experience with wire harness assembly, electronics, or soldering preferred.

  • Familiarity with hand tools (crimpers, strippers, pliers) preferred.

  • Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards is a plus.
