The Role:   

We are hiring anĀ Associate Brand Manager toĀ supportĀ the performance, growth, and day-to-day operations of key eCommerce accounts within our CommerceĀ Services team. This role supports Senior Brand Managers andĀ Directors whoĀ areĀ strategicĀ ownersĀ for assigned client portfolios. Ā Associate Brand Managers learnĀ accountabilityĀ and executionĀ across growth marketing, site and store management, promotional planning, and executive-level client communications.Ā

Our Brand Management team owns the strategy for our clients to capture,Ā grow,Ā and expand their revenue and brand awareness. The team is highly analytical, thoughtful, and proactive. Clients come to Cart because of our strategic, high-touch service, and this team is at the center of our client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.Ā

WhatĀ You’llĀ Do:Ā 

Client StrategyĀ Ā 

  • SupportĀ a portfolio of mid-market toĀ enterprise eCommerce clients,Ā along with the strategic leadĀ assigned to the business.Ā Ā 

  • Build andĀ maintainĀ trusted, long-term client relationshipsĀ through clear communication andĀ high standardsĀ of accountability.Ā Ā 

  • SupportĀ Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by pulling and analyzing performance data toĀ translateĀ into actionable insights and clear growth strategies.Ā 

  • Develop confidence inĀ clientĀ communication and analytics through meetingsĀ and business performance reviews.Ā 

Ā 

Account & Program ManagementĀ 

  • Provide direct executional support to Brand Managers/Directors and their brands. YouĀ willĀ supportĀ mulitpleĀ brand portfoliosĀ 

  • Prepare effectively for client meetings with regards to data analytics, reporting, attendeesĀ required, goals/outcomesĀ definition, etc.Ā Ā 

  • Attend all client meetings and provide proactive communication to client on all action items and statusesĀ 

  • Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional resources to ensure delivery against contracted scopes and client goals.Ā Ā 

  • SupportĀ operational execution across campaigns, promotions, merchandising updates, site optimizations, and launches.Ā 

  • Partner with internal teams (Media, Creative, Merchandising, Operations,Ā Supply ChainĀ and Technology) to deliver seamless, integrated outcomes.Ā 

  • Track account health, deliverables, and KPIs to support retention, satisfaction, and expansion.Ā

eCommerce & Merchandising ExecutionĀ 

  • Monitor any alignedĀ on-site merchandisingĀ strategyĀ including navigation updates, category pages, homepage content, and seasonal refreshes.Ā 

  • Ensure accuracy and optimization of Product Detail Pages (PDPs) across content, pricing, imagery,Ā and availability.Ā 

  • Collaborate on product launches, site promotions, andĀ limited timeĀ drops across web, email, and SMS channels.Ā 

  • Maintain brand consistency and digital storytelling across all customer touchpoints.Ā

Growth & Continuous ImprovementĀ 

  • Learn hands-on Ecommerce skills that cover media, supply chain, content, merchandising, and otherĀ facetsĀ of a business.Ā 

  • Develop an understanding of brand strategy and how to lead accountsĀ toĀ promote to higher levels of Brand ManagementĀ 

  • Stay current on eCommerce platform updates, industry trends, and emerging tools to bring proactive ideas to clients.Ā 

  • Contribute to internal process improvements, documentation, and knowledge-sharing to strengthen team scalability and quality.Ā

  • 1+ years of professional experience in eCommerce, brand management, digital marketing, or agency environmentsĀ 

  • DemonstratedĀ ability toĀ manage multiple projectsĀ or workstreams simultaneously,Ā operateĀ in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt quicklyĀ 

  • Excellent acumen- ability to make sound business decisions through data and analyticsĀ 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailĀ 

  • Forward-thinking,Ā proactiveĀ and curiousĀ 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsĀ 

  • RelationshipĀ building skills based around trust and accountabilityĀ 

  • Basic Excel skills and propensity to quickly learn more complex Excel functionalityĀ 

  • Strong senseĀ of ownership, drives for results and thrives in a high-performance cultureĀ

Nice to Haves:  

  • Prior experience in a Commerce-as-a-Service or agency environmentĀ 

  • Experience supportingĀ omnichannel commerce strategiesĀ 

  • Experience analyzing performance data, preparing client-ready reporting, and tracking deliverablesĀ 

  • ProficiencyĀ with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.comĀ 

  • Understanding of merchandising strategy,Ā CRO, paid mediaĀ or lifecycle marketingĀ 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldĀ
