We are currently hiring and seeking an experienced cleaning professional who can maintain and provide quality service and client satisfaction. 

Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Variable hours Monday–Friday (Day Shift)
Employment Type: Flexible availability is required based on operational needs

Location: Multiple sites

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Cleaning & General Maintenance Associate to support the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of our facilities. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is bilingual, physically capable, and comfortable performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain restrooms, common areas, and workspaces to high cleanliness standards
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively
• General labor
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while completing assigned duties
• Complete repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to quality
• Travel to and work at multiple locations as assigned
• Transport employees to and from assigned work sites in a safe and timely manner
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly

Physical Requirements:

Role requires performing strenuous physical tasks, operating cleaning equipment, and completing repetitive duties with attention to safety and quality. Role may also require standing/lifting for long periods, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 -100 lbs., and frequent bending, kneeling or reaching.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual required
• High school diploma preferred, but not required
• Must be able to travel to multiple locations
• Valid driver’s license 
• Ability to safely transport employees to and from job sites
• Previous cleaning or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
