An established and growing heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Foundation Construction Superintendent / Manager to oversee deep foundation and heavy civil construction projects throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and the surrounding region. Projects include highways, bridges, marine facilities, industrial sites, and complex foundation systems.

Compensation
$120,000.00 – $180,000.00 annually (commensurate with experience). Benefits available include:

Schedule
Day Shift, Monday – Friday.
Occasional overtime and schedule flexibility may be required to meet project demands.
Projects are primarily located within approximately 1–2 hours of the office, allowing for local travel with minimal overnight work.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction with extensive deep foundation experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred
- Strong leadership experience supervising field crews, subcontractors, and multiple phases of construction
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, manpower, and project performance
- Thorough understanding of OSHA requirements, QA/QC processes, and construction best practices
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
