Job Description 

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach in our HVAC/R Program.  This is a part-time, professional position reporting directly to the Dean of Education.  The primary responsibility will be to teach HVAC/R courses.  Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, and participate in department training, meetings and graduation.   

Requirements 

• Completion of an accredited HVAC/R program resulting in a Certificate of Completion or Diploma; an associate degree is preferred

• Certifications:
  • HVAC 
  • EPA Universal
  • NATE not required but desired
  • RSES not required but desired
  • HVAC Journeyman not required but desired

• At least three years of experience as an HVAC/R Technician

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Highly organized, motivated and results-driven 

• Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience preferred
