Part Time Nursing Faculty

Opportunities are available primarily for day time positions beginning at 6:30am with the opportunity for weekend coverage as needed and may be staffed on a full-time, part-time or adjunct basis.

Clinical responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing Direct clinical supervision of up to 8 students
• Completing all required clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner
• Conducting effective pre and post-conferences
• Providing meaningful and regular evaluation of students’ performance and progression
• Facilitating learning and student development
• Communicating effectively and professionally with faculty, students and clinical agency staff
• Attending orientation and end of semester meeting

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's of Science in Nursing
• Current Pennsylvania Nursing License
• Current Health Care BLS/AED certification
• Minimum of 3 years medical-surgical/long term care nursing experience (preferred)
• Previous Clinical Adjunct Experience (preferred)
