We specialize in serving the long-term care community and oxygen dependent Veterans. As the Branch Manager you will maintain and continue to build our strong reputation of customer service in the industry. You will oversee the Chicago branch's day to day operations, including supervision and mentorship of a small team of 4-5 individuals. This position will report to the Regional Operations Manager. A Day in the Life: Deliver respiratory equipment to patients and facilities, providing necessary and procedural education on its safe use and care.  Assign work schedules (standard and on-call) and driving routes. Ensure branch inventory is well stocked and all equipment is promptly returned after usage. Ensure all employees are within compliance. (i.e. FDA, Board of Pharmacy, DOT, etc.) Support Regional Operations Manager in providing performance evaluations to branch staff. Class B CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements. The candidate for this role must be OK with traveling and training off site in the beginning of this position.
