Birch Agency is seeking a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist to join a supportive school team near Tinley Park, Illinois. This is a part-time, in-person opportunity ideal for clinicians looking for a manageable schedule and small caseload.
Position Details:
Schedule: Part-time, 2 days per week
Setting: In-person, school-based
Caseload: Approximately 20 elementary students
Grade Levels: Elementary
Start Rate: $55/hour
Duration: Current school year (with potential for extension)
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language services to elementary students
Develop and implement IEP goals
Conduct assessments and progress monitoring
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:
Active Illinois Speech Language Pathologist license
ASHA CCCs preferred
School-based experience required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
