The Associate Product Manager partners with Product Managers to shape product strategy and support the full product lifecycle. This role works cross-functionally to support customers and stakeholders, solve product challenges, and drive customer satisfaction across applications, sales, pricing, and quality. What You Will Do 

  • Drive Product Strategy: Understand and communicate global product strategy, partner with Marketing, and execute business plans to successfully launch and grow product lines.
  • Manage the Product Lifecycle: Support products from concept through launch.
  • Serve as a Technical Resource: Deliver application support, develop technical and product collateral, and train sales teams.
  • Lead Competitive & Market Analysis: Analyze competitors, value propositions, market size and share, and pricing to inform strategy.
  • Support Operations Planning: Contribute to pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and manufacturing cost inputs.
  • Champion Customer Needs: Partner with internal teams to address customer inquiries and ensure solutions meet market needs.

What You Will Bring 

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree. 
  • Experience: 2-4 years in related role.  
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret market data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Systems: Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
