University Radiology, the largest provider of subspecialty radiology and teleradiology services in NJ, is comprised of over 200 Board Certified radiologists with advanced U.S.-based training and expertise in all modalities and all subspecialty areas. In operation for more than 60 years, University Radiology staffs, manages and provides preliminary and final subspecialty interpretations and consultative support for hospitals, imaging centers and other medical facilities, and serves as the academic radiology faculty at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Our physicians interpret over 2.1 million radiology procedures per year.

We are excited to share that we will train registered X-Ray techs or New Grads who are interested in mammo & willing to complete the 40 hour course and obtain their Mammo certification w/in twelve months of hire.  

Responsibilities

University Radiology is  seeking a full time Mammography/X-Ray/Dexa/Technologist (or new X-Ray Tech interested in learning Mammo) to joing our team in our Tinton Falls, NJ imaging office. Our Technologists are responsible for producing high quality diagnostic images, providing excellent patient care and collaborating with our radiologists and clinical teams. 

Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm w/rotating Sats morning 

*May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols.

University Radiology will reimburse for exam and certification costs. (eligible for $2,000 sign-on bonus).

**Applicants must be ARRT(M) certified to be eligible for a $10K sign-on bonus

Qualifications

• ARRT (R)(M) 
• 2+ years of current diagnostic 3D mammography experience
• NJ State License and CPR certification

Pay Range:

From $40/hr

The rate provided is based on industry standards for candidates with 0 – 5 years of experience. Salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience, education and operational needs.
