SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (3PM - 11PM)

SUMMARY

The Maintenance Associate will be responsible for numerous responsibilities relating to keeping the building well maintained.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in office set up including assembling and disassembling office furniture.
Move furniture, appliances and/or equipment in offices, warehouse, or shop area including file cabinets, desks, chairs, etc.
Cleans kitchens, restrooms, lounge areas, walls, windows, window blinds/shades, ceilings, and doors using cleaners and disinfecting solutions.
Polishes windows, mirrors, and fixtures.
Picks up litter and/or recyclable materials, empties large and small trash containers, removes miscellaneous debris.
Removes snow and ice from building entrances, sidewalks and other areas as required by utilizing snowplows, salting machine, shovel, etc.
Maintains that all equipment and work areas are kept clean and in orderly condition.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED required.
Must have the ability to prioritize job duties and work independently and/or in a team environment with minor supervision.
Ability to operate a Pallet Jack
Experience using basic hand tools and power tools.
Required to stand, push, pull, reach, lift, bend, walk for extended periods of time. Heavy lifting required.
