Our projects include large infrastructure development such as powerlines, pipelines, mines, wind farms, and oil and gas fields.   As evidence-driven professionals, we’re committed to solving problems and finding paths forward, and we pursue interesting and challenging projects across the western United States.   WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are currently seeking to hire a Stormwater Control Foreman to provide leadership for stormwater management crews in our Wyoming operations. This person will lead a team of technicians, ensuring that erosion control management tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. The position is based in Tioga, ND, competitive pay based on experience. This position is full time with opportunities for growth within the company.   Projects and duties include:  Lead and motivate a team of erosion control technicians. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team’s success. Schedule and coordinate daily activities to meet project deadlines. Conduct assessments of client project areas to identify erosion risks and determine best practices for stormwater control. Plan and implement installation of erosion control measures (sediment barriers, silt fences, wattles, etc.). Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate erosion control effectiveness. Update inspection and repair documentation in a digital data management system. Oversee the maintenance and proper use of erosion control equipment and materials. Coordinate logistics for various projects. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any client concerns. Adhere to all industry regulations and safety protocols. Implement and enforce safety measures to prevent accidents and ensure the working environment. Work closely with clients ensuring all expectations are met   Additional job tasks may include: Assist with vegetation monitoring/surveys and other reclamation projects Identify plants using a key Manage weeds using a truck, ATV/UTV, or backpack mounted herbicide spray equipment. QualificationsWHAT YOU’LL NEED Applicants must have: At least three (3) years of relevant experience leading a stormwater management program (or equivalent education). Strong background in office and field use of GIS A solid mechanical aptitude A commitment to high standards in safety. A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team. A clean driving record. Ability to travel regularly to project locations. Ability to participate in pre-employment drug and alcohol testing. Ability to work in adverse weather conditions. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Be organized and detail-oriented.
