Overview:
Our Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to work closely with our eclectic team of experienced Quantity Surveyors at our Dudley Port Office.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Conduct site visits to gather & record necessary commercial & contractual information.
Create project documentation for Quality Assurance compliance.
Assist in managing cash flow and the identification, management & preparation of financial variations.
Support the monitoring and reporting of project progress and expenditures
Provide administrative support in connection with all QS functions.
Build and maintain customer confidence.
Develop an understanding of Compco’s services and all relevant standards and codes of practice.
What You’ll Need:
An advance level or degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
This is an office-based role and would require the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor to attend Monday-Friday at Unit 100-400 Vaughan Trading Estate, Sedgley Road East, Tipton, DY4 7UJ.
