RANDALL Construction's Titusville Electrical Division is seeking experienced, driven, and safety-focused Lead Electricians to join our growing team on projects along the聽鈥婼pace Coast of聽Florida. The ideal candidate is a skilled commercial electrical professional with proven field leadership experience, a strong commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to effectively lead crews while maintaining project schedules and customer satisfaction.

Position Summary:
The Lead Electrician is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily electrical installation activities in the field while actively performing electrical work. This individual serves as a working leader who provides direction to Journeyman Electricians and Apprentices, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains high-quality workmanship, and promotes a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.

Essential Functions:
- 路聽Lead and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on commercial construction projects.
路聽Plan work assignments and ensure labor, materials, tools, and equipment are utilized efficiently.
路聽Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and project specifications.
路聽Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, electrical schematics, specifications, and construction documents.
路聽Install conduit systems including EMT, Rigid, PVC, MC Cable, and associated raceway systems.
路聽Install, terminate, and troubleshoot electrical equipment including switchgear, panels, transformers, lighting systems, controls, and power distribution equipment.
路聽Perform electrical testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and startup activities.
路聽Coordinate work activities with Project Managers, Foremen, Superintendents, inspectors, vendors, subcontractors, and other trades.
路聽Monitor project progress and proactively identify scheduling conflicts, material shortages, or field issues.
路聽Ensure all installations meet RANDALL quality standards and project specifications.
路聽Mentor and train Journeyman Electricians and Apprentices on proper installation techniques, productivity expectations, and safe work practices.
路聽Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
路聽Utilize company technology to document field progress, complete reports, track productivity, and communicate project updates.
路聽Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
路聽Represent RANDALL professionally with customers, inspectors, owners, contractors, and team members.
路聽Promote a positive team culture focused on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.聽
Desired Qualification Requirements and Attributes:
- 路聽Journeyman Electrician License (where required) or equivalent verifiable experience.
路聽Minimum of 7+ years of commercial electrical experience, including demonstrated leadership or crew supervision experience.
路聽Proven ability to lead field personnel, coordinate workflow, and maintain project productivity.
路聽Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local building codes.
路聽Strong understanding of commercial electrical construction methods, means, and best practices.
路聽Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, one-line diagrams, and electrical schematics.
路聽聽Experience coordinating manpower, scheduling work activities, and managing field productivity.
路聽Proficient with tablets, smartphones, and construction management software for reporting, documentation, and communication.
路聽Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
路聽Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
路聽Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
路聽Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
路聽Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings, including background check and drug screening.
路聽OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
路聽CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.
路聽Experience working on healthcare, education, multifamily, hospitality, industrial, aviation, or large commercial construction projects.
路聽Experience operating aerial lifts, forklifts, and other construction equipment.
路聽Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
路聽Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
路聽High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
路聽Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional project results.
Physical Requirements:
This is primarily a Shop or Field Jobsite job.聽 You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least聽50 pounds聽and stand on your feet for several hours at a time.聽You must also be able to聽bend, stretch, crouch, and lift聽as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, see and respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective gear.
