About the role:
Accessible Homecare Solutions LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our growing team in Hartwell, GA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals who need support with daily living — all from the comfort of their own home.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide mobility assistance and help with transfers and ambulation
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
- Prior experience as a PCA, CNA, HHA, or in a related caregiving role preferred
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and document observations accurately
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to client homes in the Hartwell, GA area
- Strong communication skills and a dependable, professional attitude
- Must be able to pass a background check
