The Associate Wealth Advisor is a key member of our wealth advisory team, partnering with experienced Wealth Advisors to deliver comprehensive advice and an exceptional client experience.

 

This individual will assist with financial planning, client meeting preparation and follow-up, portfolio and account reviews, and ongoing relationship management. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and eager to grow into increasing levels of client and advisory responsibility.

 

Key Responsibilities


Client & Advisory Support

  • Partner with Wealth Advisors to support relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Prepare for and participate in client meetings, documenting recommendations and coordinating follow-up.
  • Assist in developing and updating financial plans, analyses, and client presentations.
  • Research and respond to client planning and account-related needs.
  • Coordinate with investment, tax, estate, and other professionals as appropriate.
  • Build trusted client relationships through responsive, thoughtful, and proactive service.

 

 

Financial Planning & Relationship Management

  • Gather and analyze client financial information, goals, and planning needs.
  • Support planning across retirement, cash flow, investments, tax, estate, insurance, and other wealth-management considerations.
  • Monitor client plans and identify changes or opportunities requiring advisor attention.
  • Work collaboratively across the firm to ensure client recommendations are implemented accurately and efficiently.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, financial planning, economics, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in wealth management, financial planning, investment management, or a related financial-services environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • CFP designation, progress toward the CFP, or interest in pursuing the designation is preferred.
  • Experience with eMoney, Salesforce, Orion, Addepar, and custodian platforms is a plus.
