Description

The School Director is responsible for providing visionary leadership and effective management to ensure the overall success of the school. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and evaluate teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction and professional growth.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by assessing and analyzing student achievement data to inform instructional decisions and drive academic success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to develop and revise the school's curriculum, ensuring alignment with best practices and educational trends.
