About the Role:
All Seasons Heating, AC & Plumbing is looking for a friendly and motivated Client Care Representative to be the voice of our company in Toledo, OH. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them get the fast, reliable service they count on. Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding HVAC and plumbing services
- Schedule and dispatch service appointments for heating, cooling, and plumbing technicians
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information in the CRM system
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Communicate service updates, promotions, and maintenance agreements to customers
- Collaborate with field technicians and office staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- 1+ years of customer service, call center, or client-facing experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM tools, or ability to learn quickly
- Positive, patient, and solution-oriented attitude
- Experience in the home services, HVAC, or plumbing industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
