Credentialed Vet Technician - Alexis Road

We're looking for a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) who enjoys building relationships with clients, advocating for patients, and being an essential part of a busy, high quality general practice.

Qualifications

• Current Veterinary Technician license/registration/certification (CVT, LVT, or RVT as applicable)
• Strong anesthesia monitoring and surgical nursing skills
• Experience with venipuncture, catheter placement, laboratory procedures, and radiology
• Excellent client communication and education skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a team first mindset

What You'll Do

• Assist veterinarians with examinations, diagnostics, and treatments
• Monitor anesthesia and support surgical procedures
• Perform laboratory testing, sample collection, and diagnostic imaging
• Administer medications and treatments as directed
• Educate clients on preventative care, medications, and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Help create a positive experience for patients, clients, and fellow team members
