Examines polling locations for accessibility, adequate spacing, and ADA compliance; troubleshoots issues at existing locations for all elections. Responsible for
hiring, supervising, and training Precinct Election Officials (PEOs), Election Day rovers, substation personnel, and seasonal PEO training staff. Manages PEO implementation plans and coordinates assignments in collaboration with the PEO Recruitment department. Oversees preparation and processing of PEO payroll and maintains accurate inventory of training and election supplies. Supports all recruitment and training needs for PEOs and temporary staff. Develops and implements PEO training programs, including creating training materials such as PowerPoints, videos, quick guides, comprehensive manuals, VLM handbooks, online training modules, hands-on sessions, and sample voter scenario classes. Hires, retrains, and supervises PEO trainers with approval of the Director/Deputy Director, managing their schedules and assignments.


Assists in facilitating transportation, use, and inventory of voting equipment for all elections, PEO training classes, and Voter Education Outreach Programs. Ensures that election operations comply with federal and state statutory requirements. Maintains confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all activities. Performs all other duties as assigned by the Directors, the Board of Elections, and/or as prescribed by law.
