The FS Posting Specialist is responsible for accurately posting and balancing payments, processing client remittances, and supporting daily accounting functions in a fast-paced office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Post payments received in the office accurately and timely
Perform daily balancing of all posted payments
Process daily remittances for various clients
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets
Cross-train to support multiple areas within the department

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong 10-key and general clerical skills
Basic understanding of accounting functions
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to pass a background check (FBI/BCI)

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in payment posting, accounting, or office support roles
Experience working with spreadsheets and high-volume data entry
