Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions to ensure optimal performance.
Perform routine maintenance checks and service calls to enhance system efficiency.
Educate customers on system operation and energy-saving practices.
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Adhere to safety protocols and local building codes during all installations and repairs.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
Valid HVAC certification and applicable licenses for Ohio.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
