At Allen Industries, we build the signs and architectural products that help brands stand out across the country. We're looking for a skilled Letter Fabricator who enjoys hands-on work, values craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a team that produces exceptional products every day. You'll help bring sign designs to life through fabrication, assembly, welding, wiring, and quality craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

Fabricate and assemble channel letters and illuminated signage
Bend, form, weld, and assemble aluminum components
Install and test LED lighting and electrical wiring
Read blueprints, drawings, and shop specifications
Operate fabrication equipment, hand tools, and power tools
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements

What We're Looking For

Sign, fabrication, welding, or related trades
Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Safety-focused mindset and strong work ethic
