(On-Site) Spanish/Bilingual Quality Assurance Representative

United Collection Bureau is hiring a Spanish/Bilingual Quality Assurance Representative to review recorded calls and help ensure that customer service, company, and compliance standards are consistently met.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, identifying details, and communicating constructive feedback.

No prior QA experience? That’s okay — we provide training!

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $15.50/hour + full benefits package
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (No weekends!)
• Location: Toledo, OH (In-person)

What You’ll Do:

• Listen to recorded calls and evaluate employee performance against established quality and compliance standards
• Ensure employees follow company and compliance guidelines
• Document findings and share clear, constructive feedback with supervisors and managers
• Track performance using monitoring tools
• Assist with escalated calls by listening, documenting concerns, and following established procedures when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate findings clearly and constructively
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills preferred
• Comfortable using computers, navigating multiple applications, and learning new systems
• Basic Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred
