Job Summary:
As the Window/Door Project Manager, you are the bridge between the warehouse and the finished home. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a project—from accurate measurements and material ordering to leading the install crews on-site. You will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience is stress-free and that our reputation for quality remains unmatched.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations & Logistics: Accurately measure projects and place orders for materials/windows to meet strict project deadlines.
  • Crew Leadership: Schedule and oversee window/door install crews, managing both internal team morale and relationships with subcontractors.
  • Hands-On Expertise: Assist with and supervise residential/commercial window removals and installs to ensure "Integrity" quality.
  • Communication: Serve as the main line of communication between the business and the customer regarding project progress.
  • Relationship Management: Monitor and improve business-to-customer relationships for both new and past clients.
  • Data Management: Perform necessary data entry tasks to track project milestones and inventory.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Construction experience required; specific Window and Door installation experience is highly preferred.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team and maintain high crew morale.
  • Compliance: Must have a clean Driver’s License and be able to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for managing vendors, peers, and customers.
Pay: 
  • $60,000 per year
Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 - 4:00pm
