Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and callers. This role is responsible for providing front-desk support, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with facility security by monitoring entry and exit. The ideal candidate is organized, courteous, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a structured environment.

• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Tuesday, 10:00 PM- 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records as required
• Monitor front entrance and assist with door security procedures
• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Follow established policies and procedures to ensure safety and confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to remain professional and attentive in a secure environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
