Summary
Connectronics Corp, a HEICO company, is a U.S. manufacturer of specialized electronic connectors including high-voltage interconnects, aerospace connectors, underwater connectors, high current connectors, and multi-pin cable assemblies. Our connectors are used in a variety of industries including aerospace, defense, entertainment, medical and nuclear. We currently have an opening in Toledo, OH for a sales support person to perform data entry and field customer inquiries regarding shipments and orders.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Accurate entry of new orders and change orders.
- Submission of order acknowledgements to customers.
- Communicate with customers/provide reports regarding lead times, status of orders, expediting requests, etc.
- Coordinate efforts and customer requirements with applicable departments and personnel as required with finance, shipping, and other departments.
- Distribution of sales order documents.
- Review / research / obtain data for deficiencies and errors.
- Sort, organize, and file hard copies of paperwork.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-year related experience and/or training/education
- Experience with MS Office and other CRM/ERP programs (Great Plains and/or Business Central experience a plus)
- Able to work and solve problems in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is necessary.
- Works well in a team environment and independently.
- Detail oriented with proven accuracy.
- Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
- Positive and Professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
