Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Observing and reporting any and all gaming violations and/or thefts of company property
• Operating monitor room equipment, including basic computer functions
• Participating in court actions relating to gaming violations
• Learning and using two card count system 
• Learning all games in use and all procedures and cheating indicators of such games 
• Writing proper reports as needed in a timely manner 
• Responding to surveillance supervision and gaming control requests 
• Responding to requests of all other departments when necessary

BRING US YOUR BEST.

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Ability to perform basic mathematical and computer functions
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
• Knowledge of different table games
• Ability to observe and identify suspected cheaters and cheating techniques; must have 20/20 corrected vision 
• Ability to effectively and efficiently move around all work areas 
• The above skills are typically acquired through a minimum of six months of on-the-job training or through closely related experience
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
