Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily manufacturing and production activities.
  • Maintain work instructions, and production documentation.
  • Prepare production reports, spreadsheets, and KPI dashboards.
  • Design simple fixtures, tooling, and production aids using CAD software.
  • Operate 3D printers for prototypes and manufacturing support.
  • Use AI and digital tools to improve reporting and workflow efficiency.
  • Participate in problem-solving and corrective action activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing & process improvement.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Autodesk Inventor.
  • Experience with 3D printing or additive manufacturing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
