Job Summary

We are seeking experienced MIG Welders to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on position is responsible for welding production parts while maintaining quality and production standards in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience as a MIG Welder, Production Welder, Fabricator, Welder/Fitter, Structural Welder, or Manufacturing Welder are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on production parts using fixtures and work instructions
Load and position components into weld fixtures
Inspect finished welds using gauges and measuring tools to ensure quality standards
Perform visual inspections and identify weld defects
Meet daily production and quality goals
Follow Kanban and material flow procedures
Package and label finished products
Complete production documentation accurately
Report equipment or quality issues promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

Previous MIG welding experience or welding certification required
Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and use measuring tools
Experience using gauges, calipers, and inspection equipment
Basic math and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Dependable attendance and reliable work history
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
