Our team is growing, and we’re looking for Occupational Therapists to join us in San Jose, CA. This position is staffed in one of our senior living community partners.
What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 outpatient occupational therapy and/or Telehealth services to residents in one of our senior living community partners.
Drive rewarding patient outcomes by facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions.
Be a part of an interdisciplinary approach by a therapy team focused on functional outcomes.
Pioneer Geriatric House Calls™ to older adults in their communities and help abolish ageism through 1:1 care.

What You’ll Bring
Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
Basic computer literacy skills.
Current CPR certification.

In this region of California, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $80,000 - $114,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.Learn more about this Employer on their Career Site
