Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a part-time (0.5 FTE) Pharmacy Technician for our Tomah Retail Pharmacy location.

What you’ll do:

• Work 20 hours/week enjoying flexible scheduling options for day and evening shifts with rotating weekends

• Enter prescription data, calculate dispensing quantities, prepare medication labels, and fill prescriptions 

• Compound non-sterile products and manage inventory needs

• Prepare prescriptions for delivery or shipment

• Answer the telephone and respond to patient inquiries

• Assist with staffing at other Gundersen pharmacy locations as needed

• Hourly wage: $18.63-$26.49 based on experience, plus extra for evening, weekend and holiday shifts!

What you’ll need:

• High school diploma or equivalency

• Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program or at least one year of pharmacy technician experience

• Registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of WI

• Nationally-recognized certification for pharmacy technician credential (CPht or ExCPT) or willingness to become certified within 6 months of hire
