Responsibilities:

Provide individual and family therapy
Conduct assessments, formulate diagnosis and preliminary treatment plan
Facilitate referrals to those clients requiring a mental health/substance abuse screening and ensure appropriate follow-up
Provide case management to assigned case load
Develop the Comprehensive Treatment plan

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a Human Services Related Field
Minimum of LAC/LSW required
Minimum 1 year post master's experience
