HVAC Technician Needed

Casper's Friendly Services is a growing, family-owned HVAC and plumbing company serving Ocean and Monmouth Counties. We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in quality work, treats customers with respect, and wants to be part of a team that values honesty, professionalism, and craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems.

Communicate clearly with customers about findings and repair options.

Complete accurate service documentation.

Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance.

Work safely while following company procedures and industry standards.

Participate in the on-call rotation.

What We're Looking For

HVAC service experience preferred.

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
