Maintenance Technician

Universe Living is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with at least 2 years of apartment maintenance/make-ready experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests and apartment repairs
• Prepare market-ready units and complete apartment turns
• Perform plumbing, painting, appliance repairs, and general maintenance
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and property cleanliness
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed
• Follow all safety procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance/make-ready experience
• Experience with maintenance tools and equipment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
