The Recovery Engagement And Linkage (REAL) program is seeking a full-time Outreach Worker in Toms River, NJ, to assist individuals aged 14 and older with substance use disorder outreach and engagement.
The ideal candidate will have prior outreach experience and possess lived experience to help consumers achieve their program goals.
The position offers a salary range of $34,000 to $40,000, and candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

The Recovery Engagement And Linkage (REAL) program is a SUD outreach and engagement program for ages 14 through adulthood. The REAL Team members have lived experience to assist the consumers in achieving program goals. The ideal Outreach Worker will have prior experience in outreach and is comfortable making connections in the community.
