As a float teacher, you’ll step into classrooms across our preschool program to provide instructional support wherever needed- helping maintain consistency, structure, and high-quality education for our students.
Job Duties
- Support various preschool special education classrooms as coverage is needed
- Implement IEPS and individualized learning plans
- Create engaging, supportive classroom experience for students
- Collaborate with therapists, aides, assistants, and families
- Monitor student progress and adapt strategies for success
Qualifications Needed
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in special education
- NYS Special Education Certification
- Passion for early childhood education and helping students thrive
