Buffalo Veterinary Group, a leading specialty and emergency hospital in Buffalo, New York is seeking a Board-Certified or Residency-Trained Veterinary Criticalist to join its growing, progressive team.聽The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in emergency and critical care, possess strong leadership abilities, and demonstrate a passion for providing the highest quality of care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide advanced critical care to patients in the ICU
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Oversee and manage the emergency and critical care department
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop and implement treatment plans for critically ill patients
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with other veterinary specialists and support staff
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Mentor and train veterinary interns, residents, and technicians
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Stay current with the latest advancements in veterinary emergency and critical care
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Participate in continuing education and professional development activities

Compensation:
- Starting salary $250,000-350,000 (negotiable based on experience and credentials) plus bonus opportunity. Additional relocation assistance available

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Licensure to practice veterinary medicine in the state of New York (or able to apply)
- Board certification or nearing completion of residency program in applicable specialty area
